Where do you ship your products to?

We ship our products anywhere in India. Shipping charges are free if domestic. We don’t ship internationally at present. We hope to launch our worldwide shipping soon.

How long is the order processing time?

We do our bit to avoid waste and reduce dead stock. So, all of your orders is based on pre-order sale method. It takes us 4-7 business working days to process and ship the order. The delivery time depends upon your location. Once we ship it out you will receive an email/message with tracking details. If you wish for your order to be expedited, please e-mail us with your order number at contact@boucle.in or message us on Instagram and we will try our best to do so.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept credit/debit card and net banking option across major banks. We use third party payment getaway,like GooglePay. We don’t offer ‘Cash on delivery’ at present as random people order and share false addresses for fun.

Can i get a refund on my products?

Bouclé by Tania George strictly do not offer any refunds on products sold.

I can’t find my size. what do i do?

We will be happy to help you. You just have to shoot us an e-mail at contact@boucle.in or message us on Instagram. Please do mention what style and size you are looking for. If the fabric is available we will proceed the order. We also take up customized orders.

Can i cancel my order?

Any requests for cancellation of orders placed should be within 24 hours by contacting contact@boucle.in If the order has been processed or shipped, the applicable order cancellation charges will be applied.
