We do our bit to avoid waste and reduce dead stock. Thus, all of our orders is based on pre-orders. It takes us 4-7 business working days to process and ship the order. The delivery time depends upon your location. If you wish for your order to be expedited, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Instagram and we will try our best to do so. Please do check our size chart before making your purchase. However, in case if you like to exchange the size you can make your request within 10 days. Any of the products can be exchanged if it is unused or undamaged. Please e-mail us for exchange at email@example.com. We don’t offer refunds on products sold. Any products sold during sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the Size doesn’t fit you or the product is damaged/defective during transit. Once we have verified the damage, defect and/or error, you shall receive a repair or replacement for the Product in the original means of payment. In such cases, please click a photo and email it to us to firstname.lastname@example.org. On approval from the team, you can send us the piece to our office address. We will repair the piece or replace it for you within 5-7 days. Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from our team on email. Cost of courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping with the corrected product sent by us will be borne by us. Please refer to our Shipping & returns section for more details. Please note that we don’t offer exchange/returns on products sold during sale. All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Bouclé by Tania George.
Any requests for cancellation of orders placed should be within 24 hours by contacting email@example.com If the order has been processed or shipped, the applicable order cancellation charges will be applied.
